Bpk Amsterdam may share your personal data with Bpk Amsterdam affiliates, subcontractors (such as processors) that provide services or execute orders on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business associates.

Bpk Amsterdam has not given Google permission to sell through Bpk

How long do we keep your data?

Bpk Amsterdam will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the performance of the agreements and in any case no longer than two years after the agreement has been terminated, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal retention obligation.

What rights do you have?

You are responsible for ensuring that Bpk Amsterdam has the correct personal data. Via the e-mail address info@bpk-amsterdam.nl you can object in writing to the use of certain data by Bpk Amsterdam or request inspection, correction and/or deletion of your (personal) data. Upon written request, any corrections communicated by you will be processed. Bpk Amsterdam will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Complaints about the use of personal data can be addressed to Bpk Amsterdam or to the Personal Data Authority.

How do we secure your personal data?

Bpk Amsterdam takes the protection of personal data extremely seriously and takes appropriate physical, administrative, organisational and technical measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
